THAT is a great picture!!! I don’t get people who don’t understand the beauty of that! The perfect clean-the wonderful smell-the flutteryflags they make-even that satisfying snap of the wet ones when you give em a shake before pinning them up.
I see contentment and love of every aspect of life when I see this picture-to find the beauty in what others call drudgery is to have a constant source of joy. Makes me want to hang some sheets up so the kids can run through today!

I wanted to take the picture so I could remember how lovely it looks when it’s midwinter (or every fourth day of British summertime when it’s quite similar to midwinter
